This producer approached the Seine Rat Roseau Watershed District with interest in our Livestock Management Program to implement a watering system in his operation. Through their partnership with SRRWD they installed a Solar Portable Watering System and fenced two dugouts with three strand barbed wire. This system can be rotated between the two dugouts to allow recovery time as needed, especially in the case of abnormally dry years.
